Refunds are not available for items that have been shipped unless product is damaged or faulty. Items presented for return with the original receipt or invoice may be exchanged for the same item, credit or refund depending on the condition of the item. Shipping is not refundable. To return an item,  email us at [email protected] for a return authorization number and instructions prior to returning item. Item must be returned with the original receipt or invoice at your expense unopened and perfect condition in order to exchange item or receive credit or refund. A return authorization number must be given prior to return or we will refuse the return. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
